Changing Lnaguage In Xp?

i have got windows xp (chinese) version installed in my computer but i want ENGLISH!!

I went to the lanuage and regional section and did that, now some programs are in english except many things arent. Eg all the desktop and start etc are all in chinese. Is there a way i can change to english?

Try this although I do not think it will accomplish all you want.

As I recall, the basic Windows XP doesn't support multiple languages unless you purchased the multi-language edition. While you can get languages to appear in certain places, the overall OS can't be customized in this way.

Costly and works only with the English version:
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
