    I am trying to install Windows 7 64 bit on an external Hdd, and I need a file called Bootsectexe, Does anyone know where I can get this file.

There is a lot more steps to get the external drive to boot. You first need a windows 7 install cd. Then you need to run a few diskpart commands to prepare the hd disk. Here is a youtube video on exactly how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jclt_ylFWXs
