Hello,

I'm trying to connect my Skullcandy Hesh 2 Wireless headphones to my Windows 7 PC using a Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Device. However, I seem to have driver problems that prevent the headphones from working. Here's what happens when I pair the headphones with the computer: (it says ''No Drivers Found'' for the three errors)

I can easily connect the headphones on my Windows 10 PC with no problem, so both the dongle and the headphones are working. I can also connect other devices (such as a PS4 controller) using this dongle on the same PC I'm trying to connect the headphones with, so the problem seems to be coming from the headphones/drivers on this PC specifically.

What exactly is the problem and how do I fix it?

See the below video. Install the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. This will only work if you see Bluetooth in Device Manager.

You are Welcome. Was this a fix as shown in the video or was it something else. If something else please provide the solution. Thanks.
