Install win7 from USB on a new computer

hi everyone, could someone tell how to take a copy of install.wim and boot.wim from a win7 installation ( live os). If it is possible, it helps to get all drivers needed to create a USB boot drive and to install with same model computers. Mainly those USB drivers for it to detect the HDD/SSD drive pre and post install. Appreciate inputs..
