Big Screw Up Need Some Help!

Boy oh boy did I screw up. I pretty much took everything off my computer using that hijack this program WITHOUT backing up all the files. As a result I can't run anything on my computer. I have nothing in my device Manager. I need some help on how to install needed things back on my computer. I have no sound audio device now. Anybody Please help I'm totally lost!!!!!

Imaginning that you are talking of XP I would suggest a system restore

runbox command
- press: winkey + r button
- paste: %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
- press: enter
everyday is a gift

Do you have either a Windows XO installation disk or a factiory restore disk for your computer?
