Hello. Since Monday my computer is having some troubles. It started opening ads by itself in the Google Chrome (even with the browser offline) then I saw that I could not open MBAM (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware) and every time I searched for MBAM, and even BleepingComputer.com in Google the browser closed immediately (I never seen this before!!) Fortunatelly it let me to ran Sophos Home and I removed a lot of trash. Now I can open MBAM but the ads in Google Chrome stay, and appear every 1/2 hours. I ran ADWCleaner and deleted more trash, but the problem stayed. TDSSKiller and RKill didn't solved the problem.

I have another trouble that I don't know if have any relation with the problem above. Sophos Home detected something in the rundll32.exe / svchost.exe unfornatelly the program don't clean it. I have here a print of the report (https://i.imgur.com/CywrMoX.jpg)

Hello. I used CPU-Z some time ago to check info about my CPU. Since I don't use anymore I uninstalled.

Yes, I've set that proxy server but I don't use anymore.

I rebooted the computer some minutes ago and I didn't saw a message about the rundll32.exe again, Chrome it's now ok. If something appears again I will post here.

I don't know what is happening. I started the computer now and Chrome stopped working, I uninstalled and now I can't install again. Firefox also don't work.

#edit:

I've followed some guides in Google like clean the DNS flush and put 'netsh winsock reset' in cmd.exe and now everything works again, but a window with ads opened right now...
