network connectivity issues

Network Setup: 
Network: 172.16.10.0/23 
Gateway: 172.16.10.1 
DNS1: 172.16.10.2 
DNS2:172.16.10.3 

Client Setup: 
IP Address: 172.16.10.10 
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 
Gateway:172.16.10.1 
DNS1:8.8.8.8 
DNS2:172.16.10.2 

 

Above is the parameter, am having issue in connecting to network.... can anyone help out in identifying the issue and the course... Thanks.

The client is using subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 a /24 CIDR the network is using 255.255.254.0 a CIDR /23. Change your subnet mask to match.
