I am having trouble opening other windows in my web browser.

The story is that I go to Yahoo games and try to open a games room and a message appears in the bottom of the web browser left hand side saying "Popup block". I have popup for the site enabled so I can't work out what could be the problem. The window will open if I double click on it but this never used to be.

I have also noticed that when I run my curser over the link to open a room that it has a message at the end on the link that reads "stayhere" is this normal.

Assisstance would be great thankyou :flowers:

Thanks for the advice, but the problem has been solved.
The thing that I didn't realise was that with toolbars thay have a popup blocker.
I have Google toolbar which was set to allow popups on the site. The yahoo toolbar which was downloaded by accident had block all sites, so it was a simple case of removing the Yahoo tollbar and all is sweet.

This may assist more frustrated people in the future.

Glad you were able to figure out the problem, muzza.
Thanks for posting back with the information, on how you solved it.
As you said, could prove useful to someone with the same problem.
