Hello everyone, i need some help because my laptop wont start up properly and it displays "stop: c0000135 the program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" with a blue screen. i found some topics in the forums about my problem and found out about the Farbar recovery tool. i also noticed that the person who had a similar problem to mine was given a fixlist.txt file. i was afraid to copy, paste and use it in my flashdrive because of the note that says that i might damage my OS. i downloaded farbar recovery tool (32bit) and scanned it. i would be very happy if someone can help me how to get the fixlist file

here is the result of my scan:

Hello Sir,

I'm sorry for the delay of my reply. Had some things to do.

The model of my laptop is Aspire E1-471.

I will try to run the software and hopefully it goes well

(my parents caught me and they will send it to the computer service store :(  thanks for trying to help me)

If the computer store finds the cause, please share it with us :)

Kind regards,
