Auto Backups?

Is there a way I can schedule XP to backup a certain file on a regular basis?

You can use XP's backup utility.

Go to start/help and type "backup" without the quotes.

You can also use the Task Scheduler to schedule a file copy at certain intervals.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
