I recently downloaded Streamlabs, I don't know if it is better than OBS or any other (being free) and I want to get streamming. The problem is that although games run perfectly fine  I have an old gen intel i7 so I cannot stream while playing. Btw, I have an Asus 1060 with 6Gb (GPU). The thing is that I have a laptop (Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro) that has mid specs but may get the job done while I play, it has a i5 8th gen and has some MX Nvidia graphics. Then, how should I proceed? What do I need to do to get my set up going? Do I need cables? Maybe some app? *This is a repeated post*
