THE MESSAGE: "The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library Xlive.dll"

BACKGROUND: I started re-playing Fallout 3 on a desktop I have that's running WinXP. This computer in not connected to the internet. I loaded the main game plus a few mods everything was fine then I loaded a few more, along with the expansion pack (Broken Steel, Zeta, Pt. Lookout, Anchorage, etc.) Now the game won't run and that error message is all I get. I even tried a process of elimination de-activating the newer mods along with the expansion pack mods...No luck. I could do a complete uninstall and not be out a whole lot but can anyone help me figure out what's going on here?

Problem solved! The problem was an error message originating from Windows Live. I installed a mod that disabled Win Live and everything works now
