Hello everyone. I have a Mac OS Sierra and I have recently recovered this overwritten word document of mine. However, text edit opens it as a window.plist file, where all my text is only visible in code form. Can someone please help me convert this code into text? This would mean a lot. Thank you.

Here's the windows.plist file code-
