Experiencing constant reset of bios could be an issue of bios chip or battery. first, try replacing motherboard battery if it does not resolve the issue then try flashing bios with a new one.

Do you know if correct date/time is preserved after shutting down system and powering it up again?

Any error messages from BIOS? like bios settings bad - press key to run setup or to load setup defaults (or something like that).

If you restore bios default values and save changes... are they kept afterwards?
