so after a week of not using the PC, i came back and turned it on.. my desktop and login to user screen seemed zoom in, then when i logged in i saw that my desktop image that usually had the image centered and smaller with most of the screen black.. suddently made the center of the image much bigger.. my taskbar is also zoomed in aswell as my folders at the top when using chrome....

check your screen resolution setting
