My motherboard is a Supermicro X8DA3 and I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium. I was bored and opened up to check my computer and noticed my motherboard is flashing green and orange. Is this something I should be worried about?

See page 2-33 of your manual. If the computer is running normally I wouldn't worry about it. The LEDs are supposed to be yellow and green.
