M.2 Drive (960 EVO) won’t show up in windows installer or bios

I just built a new PC with the MSI B360 Gaming Arctic motherboard. Im using one M.2 drive as the only storage in the build and my new Samsung EVO 960 M.2 is not showing up in Windows 10 installer or in the bios. How do I fix this?
