In addition to above I cannot get system restore to work it goes through the process and advises it could not update to a designated restore point.

The opening line of the screen "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

Further down under technical information:

NETIO.SYS - address lots of numbers and letters after this.

Hi Exfso,

Please run Windows Update, you're missing tons of updates of which many of them are BSOD fixes, stability updates and critical security updates.

Kind regards,
Axe0

I run all the updates, only issue is the monthly preview rollup keeps failing and has done for the last 2 months, this is just another issue.

The most recent preview updates that have continually failed are: KB428426 and KB4105713 and all recent updates successful as of 13/6/2018

Due to the amount of users that require help with Windows Update and the very limited amount of analysts available, it can take a couple of days for them to get to you. Please have patience.
Kind regards,
Axe0

No problems at all.  I will need a day or so to get it organised anyway.  Much appreciated.
