Issue,

I was tagged on a video that appeared to be created by a relative. So, of course, I wanted to view it- not a good idea. Virus/malware - it then generated a video and tagged every one of my contacts. It literally is badgering all my contacts. I ran Spybot twice and AVG. AVG did not detect anything.

1. Here are the results of the Spybot  (PUPSC) Shows up in User settings and program directory.

Please help me - I couldn't care less about the personal FB account, but I do have a business page that I do not want to be affected re: my clients. Not to mention I would like my puter back to normal, I am not puter savvy so be gentle with the tec terminology.    :smash:   Thank you

Thanks Andrew, as a new member, when I first posted my SOS I did explain that I am not tec nor computer savvy I received a list of extremely helpful instructions - and I did respond as instructed and sent my logs as requested in the email that I received. I did not hear back -  so I am unsure if there are any remaining issues that I need to address. My pc is running a bit faster, but I was having issues opening specific programs ie. excel. any additional advice would be extremely helpful.. Thank you

SISSYGIRL1964 I'm listening.

I responded via email as instructed with the logs that were requested, I had assumed for your review? I believed I mentioned in the email, that my personal name etc were visible within the logs and I was not comfortable having that info posted in the forum. Did I not follow the correct procedure ?

Hi,

We will only give advice in this Forum.

Post your logs but before you do change you name with a fake name.

The only drawback is that your will have to modify my fix if your real name where applicable.
