Hello!

Hope this is the right forum for this but I am about at my wits end with my computer which seems to hang and be slow with just about everything.

I just did a "refresh" install of Windows about 5 days ago and that was my second attempt.  I am going to try it again so I can get my files off and do a full factory reset but even after two "refresh" installs of Windows the computer comes to a complete standstill at times when simple processes such as opening Firefox or opening a folder are attempted.  I also have an issue with the computer restarting which I think has to do with the memory and disk always running close to 100% according to task manager.

Please let me know if there is something I can do or shouldn't be doing after I do the refresh.  I am about out of ideas.
