So I am thinking of buying a new computer I have about 400 euro to spend I have a few of the parts already.

I do not have a motherboard

I do not have a processor

I do not have a power supply

I will not be using an SSD

I have a DVD RW

I have a Hard disk Drive

I have a spare case ARC R2 MINI that I can use

I have a spare video card which can be viewed here

http://speccy.piriform.com/results/8Y3f1eC20RFrkY7PUSfvnMg

I have a spare keyboard, mouse and monitor

So I guess my question is what processor, Motherboard and power supply should I get that is compatible with the parts I already have. I am not shooting for the stars really I just want something that can run dota at 60fps (lowest settings obviously).

I did mention that my budget was around 400 however I am hoping to spend less than 300 if possible. Thanks in advance for any replies. :)

Something like:

B350 motherboard
Ryzen 3 2200G
Small amount of DDR4 (very expensive)
Good quality small wattage PSU

Can you link to any shop you can use? Different country, different prices.

With the newer versions of Windows 10, all you need is a valid key from a Windows 7 or Windows 8 and Windows 10 will validate with that.

Look at the specs of the B350 from different motherboard manufatcure's and see what options best suit your personal needs. The newer board and cpu will require DDR4 memory, luckily the prices started to drop on memory (finally)

4GB DDR3 is pretty much useless for new PC. DDR3 prices are high so you can probably sell it.

You could move Windows 10 to another computer if you use Microsoft account.

Since you already have video card, you can go with even cheaper CPU (and perhaps upgrade it later).
