Please help!

 

My computer has been infected with ransomware virus as the ransomware ID can be identified as x3M. I downloaded the software https://decrypter.emsisoft.com/crypton

Follow the instructions when running the error message (as shown below). May everyone help me. Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunatly there is no free tool to decrypt this Cry36 Ransomware.

You can have a look at the forum about the situation.
