Hi

My PC Specialist Laptop is running unbearably slowly.

Windows 10, 64-bit, Intel i5-4210M CPU@ 2.60GHz and 8GB RAM.

On the task manager my 'Disk' is often in the 90% (sometimes even 100%) even though there does not appear to be much running.

I apologise in advance if this has been covered in other posts.

run ADWCleaner and then Malwarebytes

Thanks for your replies.

I've run both as you suggested.

ADWCleaner found "PUP.Optional.Legacy"

Malwarebytes did not find any threats.

My laptop has not improved significantly since the removal of the Malware..

Any further advice would be greatly appreciated!
