Can't Run Any Aplications

hey friends. i need your help,, i can't run any aplications..
just hapen after updating my antivir. then the computer
restart. when loading the antivir detect a problem called exerun.exe
( i dont remember exactly) i choose delete the problem. and then i can't
run most of my aplications. everytime i turn my computer on
i've got can't found exeserv.exe window show.. i tried to run system restore.
( i think maybe it works ) but it wont.. now i just can use office only..
please help me.. i have a lot to do.. this just stop me.. reply this topic or send me an email

Restart your computer. As the computer is booting up, press the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a list of booting options. Choose: safe mode with a command prompt. Once it has booted into Safe mode with a command propt, type the following command at a command prompt, and then press ENTER:


Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to an earlier state.
