OSTree vs Flat Packs vs Snappy

I think just discovered a new universal package installer called OSTree. Although I'm not sure if its a snadboxed installer such as Flat Packs/Snappy or if its kinda like a .deb or pacman its sort of Greek to me? :scratchhead:
