Sounds to me as if you need a codec pack.

Info.

Has the system ever worked properly in the past and if it used to work what do you think happened to it since the last time it worked properly?

What is your system make and model or is it something assembled from separately purchased components?

If the system is a Dell what is the Service Tag Number?
If the system is an HP what is the serial number?
If the system is an Toshiba what is the serial number?

Describe your antivirus/antimalware environment.

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.

For video device and driver information, expand the Components, click Display, click Edit, Select All, Copy and then paste the information back here.

For audio device and driver information, expand the Components, click Sound Device, click Edit, Select All, Copy and then paste the information back here.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User Name), and whatever appears to be private information to you, just delete it from the pasted information.

You did not provide the Serial Number of the HP which if you enter it on their support site will tell you the drivers you need:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops

[attachment=205467:Untitled.jpg]

It could be that the HP site will detect your system and suggest video/audio drivers for you or enter your Serial Number and download/install the video/audio drivers they suggest.

Before installing/updating any drivers make a manual System Restore point so you can undo any adjustments if necessary.

Starting with video drivers I would only install one driver at a time, reboot and test.

Installing just one thing at a time will help you determine which driver solved the problem and also make it easier to undo things if a new problem arises.

One thing that is curious in your report is your Intel video device show and AMD/ATI driver installed but maybe that make sense for your system.

Did the HP Support Assistant not suggest anything?

We can see what other folks suggest but I would start with this one:

I have a Radeon Graphics card, that is why maybe. Have started the download.

HP did not suggest anything. Btw, I am able to play videos on Amamzon Prime but not on facebook.

Thanks for guiding and helping me out.

:)
