Bsod Once in a While FIx?

Hello Everyone,  I get this maybe twice a month and dont know what is causing it, any suggestions would be appreciated, here is the Details and Thanks>>>>

NOTE when i tried to open the Minidump file, it stated ACCESS DENIED and i am the administrator
