When I start to use IE, I get the following:

Cannot Find File:///:/Program%20Files/aol%20Toolbar/welcome.html'

What is it and how can I get rid of it?

It looks like your AOL toolbar is corrupted or missing.

Open IE and click on "Tools" and then add-ons.

See if there is an AOL add-on in there and if so, disable it.

Close and then reopen IE.

Is the problem resolved?
