I use the AT&T-Yahoo Browser most of the time. I have an "Image Search" bookmark in my list of bookmarks. I'm not sure how it got there, possibly kids playing on the comp again. I'm trying to delete this Bookmark but it will not let me delete it...there is an error box that pops up and says, Bookmark Error, failed to delete item. I don't know why it won't delete this bookmark, this is the only bookmark I've been unable to remove. I ran all of my protection, pc-cillin, spysweeper, spybot, ad-aware, and A squared, thinking there may be a virus keeping me from deleting this item. Can anyone help me with this please? Sorry if this is the wrong posting area...I didn't know where to post it. Thanks.

This could be from several sources. Right click on the bookmark "image search" and select properties. What does it say?

This is what I found
http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images/view?back=http
It looks like a "bad pop-up", I wouldn't open it. None of my scans picked up anything but I don't know if they would on a bookmark.
Actually when I clicked on it, it says " Sorry this image is no longer available on Yahoo! Image Search."

My guess is Yahoo installed that in your bookmarks. The info you gave doesn't appear to be what I would expect from RIGHT clicking on "image search". Would you try it again? Right click and select properties.

When I go to Bookmarks and hilight it then right click all it does is give these choices: edit, delete, or add new folder. No properties.

OK, What are options when you click on edit?

It goes to a pop up. Left click gives a name and a URL. A right click does nothing. I tried to delete on this pop up by "select all" then delete. It says it is the wrong URL address.

I googled the image website and it is an adult website. I would think that if you had some kind of adware/ malware that the scans you did should have picked it up. Panda online scan is very good at that, too. Here is the link for Panda: http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan?
