I've had the same problem. I tried all of your attemps and none have worked. None of the things you posted came up on HijackThis or ad-aware. But when i searched i did find C:WINDOWSmultimpp.dll. But it wouldn't let me delete it. What do I do these popups are reallllllyyyyyy ticking me off :flowers: ..P.s I have spy sweeper full version and it wont seem to delete it! :thumbsup:

Hi if you are still having a problem:

You are using an outdated version of hijackthis. Please download the newer version.

Download HijackThis from:

HijackThis Download Site

Then post a new log
