I have Windows 10. Whenever I make a change in rsop.msc and try to save it I am shown this message:

"The snap-in console(C:\Windows\system32\rsop.msc) was saved

with an earlier version of Microsoft Management Console(MMC).Do

you want to update it to MMC version 3.0 format?

To update the file, click Yes. You will no longer be able to use the file

with earlier versions of MMC.

 To discard changes, click No."

When I click 'Yes' a MMC dialog box will appear saying this:

"MMC cannot save the console"

Due to this I am unable to save any change in rsop.msc. How can I fix this and save changes without any problem?
