I'm at my wit's end with three new Dell 7050s running Windows 10 Enterprise 1703. I seem to get random BSODs during regular use, and when I remove USB drives (not all the time however, it's inconsistent).   I've installed last Windows updates, installed the latest drivers, etc.  I've attached my zip file.  Can anyone help solve this mystery?
