Pixelation problem

Hi. I have a problem with video playback. I am using VLC and windows media player. I watch 1080p videoclips and it looks pixelated. When I press stop and play, it looks even more like that.

Here is two screenshots of the problem. In the first I press stop and play. Second is not the worst case but don't look anything like 1080p and you notice the blocks too. This happens in every clip. Please help me.

 

I run windows 7 home premium 64 bit SP1

GTX 980

Intel DP67DE

8 GB Ram

1000 gb HD

256 SSD
