Hi everyone.  I'm having a problem uninstalling some printer software.

It installed fine but I noticed a setting I didn't like and wanted to change so it would require

uninstall and reinstall.

However when I went to uninstall it with  iobit uninstaller the printer software got stuck

in a loop uninstalling.  I went into task manager and found the related services and

stopped them, and killed the application (which it would not let me do until I stopped

the services.)

Anyway, over and over again I did this and restarted the computer, but when it booted

up again all the printer uninstall program started up again.  After that I did this:

1. Safe Mode

2. Rkill

3. Malwarebytes scan

4. Restart

same results.  But the printer software never showed again in iobit, just the services and task in the task manager.....crap! lol

I guess this is called a hang, but if you can help me I would be very grateful.

Thanks for you time.
