incdsrv.exe

incdsrv.exe is an Ahead Nero system service set to autorun when InCD is installed. This process is called the InCD helper file which provides assistance with the InCD file system. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

http://www.hijackfree.com/en/processdetails/?id=428

InCD is a packet-writing program, which formats rewritable discs in such a way that they can be used like large diskettes. You can copy files onto the disc using Drag & Drop in Microsoft Explorer or save them to the disc from other applications. InCDsrv.exe is the helper service for the InCD file system driver. As of Release Date 01-03-2005 InCD Version Number 4.3.11.1 no longer supports Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95.

Do you use Nero's InCD?
If not, you can disable this service.
Start / Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance / Administrative Tools / Services
Scroll down to the InCD service.
Double click it.
Click the Stop button.
Next to Startup type, click the dropdown arrow and select Manual.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

Some versions of Nero and InCD are problematic.
There should be patches on the Nero support site
