incdsrv.exe is an Ahead Nero system service set to autorun when InCD is installed. This process is called the InCD helper file which provides assistance with the InCD file system. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
InCD is a packet-writing program, which formats rewritable discs in such a way that they can be used like large diskettes. You can copy files onto the disc using Drag & Drop in Microsoft Explorer or save them to the disc from other applications. InCDsrv.exe is the helper service for the InCD file system driver. As of Release Date 01-03-2005 InCD Version Number 220.127.116.11 no longer supports Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95.
