Start up screen

Start screen and background will periodically go blank and then reload with background first then start up menu.  This will happen every few minutes.  It is not the same as re-booting.

Look in your Reliability History (just do a quick search in Cortana for it) when it opens it will show you what has been happening to cause your error.


Perhaps it is Windows Explorer crashing.
