some files are out of order

i noticed the dates have changed
some say 1969 others are 2012
i got this pc this past december, nothing should be older

started doing it this week, i have windows updates on auto.

its the "date", when i select properties, the "date created" is correct
how did it change and how do i get all my stuff back to "date created" date and not some glitched out date,
do i have to do this one folder at a time? not all have changed.

not a crippling problem, just a wtf happened.

was always on "date" not some other version.

Going to follow this thread. I, too, have seen dates changed and I am being assisted here with a virus/malware/trojan.

For now.   This is highly uncharacteristic and suspect behavior.  Were I you, I would open a topic in the "Am I Infected?" forum asking for advice.

Something's not right here, and I wouldn't suspect it's Windows itself as a first guess.
