Hello, when I restart my pc it hangs , so I have to shut down by hardware.

The most of times it hangs while some white dots are moving in circle.

Thanks in advance.

HI!

Disable all you don't need from list.. in the first place
ccleaner, google, java and igfx ( intel pannel) .
I personally sugest you to uninstall java completly if you
don't have special reasons to have it installed because java is a security risk.

I like computers too.   :)

hi!

You will learn about computers if you take time to read about it. Don't worry! Do you have the same problem with windows yet?

The start up items are there because they start up in the same time with windows os itself but in some cases they may cause probems too.

Disable java and try to boot in safe mode to see if your problem comes again... if not - then you will know that the software you have installed cause the problem.

if you don't know how to boot in safe mode :

:) don't worry and take time to learn .  thanks for you are on bleepingcomputer forum.

Hi mr. Pantera.

I haven't could start in safe mode, the reason is "msconfig" does not work.

I show you the message in the file I send to you.

I can't bring the screen with the options to boot..

Any suggestion ?

The far I've gotten  Settings > Update & Security >Recovery > advanced Startup > Restart Now

but this action just restart the pc without giving me any option to choose.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, can you teach me how to put images on the post like the video you did.

I am not sure the way I attach files it is right.

I read some and they say msconfig.exe  must be in :c:\windows\system32..I found and the file isn''t there.

Others say it must be in C:\windows\pchealth....it isn't there either.

I am worried now.

hi!

You have post the images of your error message. Drag and drop it in the windows where you write tha text.

Yes msconfig must be in: C:\Windows\System32\msconfig.exe.

Go to search and type cmd and run it as administrator than type "sfc/scannow" . let the windows to make it's job .

Important is the reason for the missing of the file. We will see soon. :)

HI!

The same result is in my case too because Microsoft windows 10 and SOME driivers are somehow in disagreement.

Can you now access the "msconfig.exe" ? Can you open task manager > file > run new task > type "msconfig.exe" ?  or in another way?

 :) thanks too!
