OK heres the problem, i know im infected by Msblast but i can't delete it. I ran a malicious software scan thats specifically for it and found it online, it found Msblast but said not infecting and wuldnt let me delete it. i searched for Msblast.exe and other names but cant find it. I also tried looking for it on processes but it wasnt there. The stopping the process before it shuts down doesnt apply to me because i dont get the rpc warning. I used too, but didnt know that this was the issue then. I know dont get time to end the process because i have no warning, it just shuts down. As far as i know, it only happens when i run ad-aware. I tried uninstalling that and then re-installing but it only worked once, the next time i logged in and ran it, it shut down. Please help me!!! I've tried everything and I'm desperate!!!!

Hello Christs7girl

What OS (Win XP/2000, etc) are you using? What type of anti-virus are you using and when was the last time you ran a scan?

Download NGenFix . DO NOT perform a scan yet.

If your running Win XP/2000, download, install and update AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. DO NOT perform a scan yet.
Print out the AVG Anti-Spyware Install-Scan Instructions.

Restart your computer in "SAFE MODE" and run NGenFix. Afterwards scan with AVG Anti-Spyware per the instructions you printed out.
