Do you know what Program uses it ?

I think it is SuperAntiSpyware , do you have that Installed ?

Is its Version compatible with Win 10 ?

If so Uninstall SAS and reinstall their Latest Version , or I would just remove it.

SASKUTIL.SYS is a driver related to SUPPERAntiSpyware.  This is not essential for Windows.  Even though it is not essential there is a service in Services related to this.

Malwarebytes is effective in protecting a computer from Spyware, you could simply uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware and install Malwarebytes 3.3.1.
