Hello I have an ideapad Y530 that i'm trying to reformat and its not going smoothly. The Novo key on the keyboard doens't work. I tried using Onekey and that doesn't work either. I contacted support and they were no help.

We need more information.

I'm guessing that you are referring to formatting a ssd/hdd?

Is this a new drive which hasn't had Windows installed on it yet?

If this is a new drive and you plan on installing the operating system on it the installation process will include formatting this drive.

If this is an existing drive which does not have Windows installed on it you can use Disk Management to format the drive.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
