Windows 10 Random Freeze

Windows 10 freezes once or twice a day, for more than a month, and I don't know why.

MemTest86 finished with 0 errors.

I noticed after changing the broswer from Chrome, to Firefox, i am less likely to receive a "computer freeze". Also after changing the browser I don't get "freeze" anymore, I get bsod instead.
