Edit: *Sorry for the lacking title, I can't edit it*

My Bluetooth suddenly stopped working, it showed as "off" on settings and couldn't be turned on.

I uninstalled the driver. and when I tried downloading the same driver (qualcomm atheros bluetooth driver) from the asus website, trying to install it results in a "The existed ProductVersion is higher than your ProductVersion. Installation quit"

Is it likely that my Bluetooth chip died?
And if not, what can I do to fix this issue?

Thank you for your help, and have a nice day,

What is the make and model of this computer?

If this is a custom build what is the make and model of the motherboard?

Have you tried uninstalling the driver in Device Manager and starting the computer to have a new driver installed?

Please post how you made this repair, I'm sure that there are others with similar problems who would appreciate knowing this.
