Wow, 80 ppl have looked at this and no one uses a launcher. I HIGHLY doubt it. c'mon ppl.

And I'm among the untold millions who don't use a launcher.

 

Your habit of bumping posts within hours of the initial one is, quite simply, bad manners.  If someone has an answer, and cares to offer it, they will.
