SteelSeries Keyboard Driver

I have a windows 7 Computer. I recently got a SteelSeries Keyboard, I plugged it in and installed the setup. The driver it installed allows the backlights to work, but not the keys. I'm assuming it's the driver I have no clue. It also shows this https://gyazo.com/c991e327544f7c973d40bbc1e258349a Can someone help me?

Okay so, I just restarted my computer and the Num Lock and Caps Lock Light came, then whenever the actual starup screen came up the back-lights turned off, and then they came back on, but the Num Lock wasn't on
