I can't load or install Kaspersky or Windows Live Mail here is my hijakckthis.

 

and farbar recovery tool

 

I don't know what infection I have sadly :(

 

MalawareBytes doesn't show any problems.

Save the file as fixlist.txt in the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the Farbar log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

Can you give me more details as to what is the problem.

For Windows Live Mail you Mail Box at your internet provider site may be full.
Check with them if you have problem sending or receiving mail.

Please let me know what problem persists with this computer.
