*32 suddenly on task manager processes

*32 suddenly on task manager processes

I have Windows 7 and I haven't noticed the *32 on my processes before. It isn't on all my processes.

I ran RKill and it came up with

Searching for Missing Digital Signatures:

 * No issues found.

Checking HOSTS File:

 * No issues found.

On 64 bit Windows, 32 bit processes are shown in Task Manager with *32 appended. My system currently shows eighteen *32 processes.

I have another question if that's cool? I ran AdwCleaner too, just to see what might come up and it listed 94 detected items. Is it safe to post the results here? Thanks!

No...this forum is not for malware issues/questions.

 

If you have a question specifically about AdwCleaner...you should open a new topic in the Antivirus/Antimalware forum here at BC.

 

If you want to check your system for any prospective malware issues...you should post a new topic in the Am I Infected forum here at BC.
