Hi, to all...

there is a community to exchange decrypter tools buyed after payment to criminals?

If users who have paied share the decript tools and encrypted file it's possible to release decrypter tools for free?

Rarely. In 99% of ransomware, the decrypter and key given to the victim is unique to that victim and does not help anyone else. And no, reversing the decrypter does not help develop a free one hardly ever, because the key is unique per victim.
