Qestion on checkng pc just to see if its clean

Another family member has an I PAD and she  clicked on an item which logged her out of facebook.  I  googled a phone number for facebook help a web page which was all indications face book and i made a call.  Supposedly them,, They ran support logminrescue.exe software on my pc to remote her account which they found.  Then they said mine was infected and was referring me to a specialist that may run 500.00 to clean,,One item only, I did not do that,  She has not  tried any further to open her account on her ipad but she does other things with it


I  have reported this to local authorities and they have written to facebook


I can provide you the website where i was and the number and name under PM if you want


I run on windows 8 windows defender antimalwarebytes, jrt, ADWC  Sophos  and find nothing, no issues by the pc


I do not have a copy of what allegedly was on my pc


I have a new Netgear 1750 smart router


I have notified my provider as well

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Download the version of this tool for your operating system.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (64 bit)
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (32 bit)
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file to your reply:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Attach the file.
Select the "Choose a File" navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file you wish to Attach.
Click Attach this file.
Click the Add reply button.

Please post the logs for my review.
