I have been experiencing this issue since 3 days ago. After I reinstalled my Windows 10 Pro, it did not help much and the issue came back again. Also my Search Windows doesn't work, my Chrome and my Unikey. I've tried tons of methods but none of it helped me. I cannot click on LAN Settings because it says Some system settings are managed by your Administrator. Please help me
